Rent the whole house for your group or family! There is a mainfloor bedroom with two twin beds, a double bed and ensuite with large shower. Upstairs is a second bedroom with a comfortable Queen, and a landing with room for two singles as well as the second bath(with deep soaker tub). Living Room, Kitchen, Balcony, Outdoor Pet Area. 2 night minimum. Sleeps up to 8 easily.
$250/night for up to 4 people, $25/additional person, up to 8.

Rent the main house only: $180/night (two to 4 people), or (upgrade to the whole house, 2 baths, 6 beds at any time. (Note: Whether you rent the entire house or only a portion, you never share the property with others clients!)

We always say "Wells Guarantees Winter!", We're plowing and heating and shoveling our way into winter. Keeping the Mountain Thyme open is a little more work but the rewards are astronomical. We've figured out how to charge only $40/person/night(min 2 people) and added a one time $80 plowing, shoveling and housekeeping fee. The longer you stay, the lower the cost to you! (Maximum 4 nights/Maximum 8 people!) (Holiday minimum rates apply)

Cancellation Policy: Typically, a 25% refundable deposit is required to hold your dates. The remainder is due 30 days before your visit. Within the 30 days, payments are non-refundable unless an alternative booking is found. Alternate conditions apply to special events, including the two week period each Christmas, all Canadian holiday weekends, 4 days each Artswells Weekend(Aug 1), 7 Summits Weekend(3rd Saturday in September), International Gourmet Ski Weekend(each Feb) At these times deposits are non-refundable 180 days before the booking, and full payments are non-refundable 90 days before the booking.(Refunds subject to replacement bookings. Trip insurance recommended.)
Note that all partial and full refunds are also subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover our own financial charges.
